Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated ·
1. Cancelling
You can cancel a Mirra Pro subscription at any time from your account page or the Creem customer portal. There is no minimum term, no cancellation fee, and no need to email anyone.
Cancelling stops future renewals. Your Pro features stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then the account returns to the free plan.
2. Refunds on subscriptions
- First payment — a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment, for any reason or none.
- Renewal payments — a full refund within 14 days of the renewal if you did not use the service during that renewal period.
- Beyond that, a period already used is not normally refunded, but write to us anyway: if Mirra did not work for you we would rather sort it out than keep your money.
3. Refunds on a Single Depth Pass
An unused Depth Pass is fully refundable at any time. Once it has been redeemed and the reading delivered, it is not refundable, because the thing you bought has been produced and given to you.
4. If something goes wrong
If a reading fails to generate, no reading is counted against your quota and no pass is consumed. If you were charged and the paid features did not activate, tell us and we will fix it or refund you in full.
5. How to request a refund
Write to support@onemirra.com from the address on your account, and say which purchase you mean. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued by Creem to your original payment method, and usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
6. Your dreams are not the leverage
Cancelling or being refunded never deletes your journal. Your entries and past readings stay in your archive on the free plan, and you can export or permanently delete them at any time by writing to support@onemirra.com. We will not hold your writing hostage to a subscription.
7. Before you dispute a charge
If a charge looks wrong, please email support@onemirra.com first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute, and we would rather give you your money back than argue about it. Payments appear on your statement via Creem, our merchant of record, which may be why a charge looks unfamiliar.
8. Your statutory rights
This policy sits on top of the consumer rights you already have where you live, including any statutory right of withdrawal — it does not replace or reduce them.
Still unclear?
Write to support@onemirra.com. A person reads it, and we answer within 2 business days.
